Consult O'clock was founded in the early months of 2012 with the vision of providing professionals (clients) around the world with easy access to a plethora of business consultants. We are an innovative, new age “consultants in the cloud” that combines proven management consulting with on-line mass collaboration/crowd solving to address critical strategic business issues faced by startups and small businesses.

Consult O'clock allows clients to easily express complex business problems online and to receive high-quality solutions collaboratively solved by top consultants based throughout the world. Consult O'clock's global pool of consultants both compete and collaborate using an innovative set of online work tools to solve problems in virtually any industry or functional area. Our ‘Online Employment’ platform provides an online marketplace for consulting talent - on a project basis.
 
We are striving to fundamentally change the way startups and small businesses organize themselves and utilize expertise and knowledge, as well as to democratize the access to knowledge so that expertise from anywhere can be applied at any time to solving important problems.

In "technical" language, our mission is this: dramatically reducing cost of valuable information through connecting clients with experienced consultants in a structured content format for fact finding and problem solving, using innovative crowd solving and mass collaboration techniques.
 
But to put it into plain English: we are out to crack traditional knowledge monopolies of closed organizations. In effect we are "democratizing" access to knowledge, making it affordable and available to a much larger audience. We believe that clients should be able to work with everyone that can contribute – without paying large institutional margins. And we believe that anyone who can contribute should have access to matching client problems – without having to go through narrow institutional bottlenecks.
